About the role
We are seeking a calm, highly‑skilled Executive Assistant to support a Partner and their team at a prestigious global finance firm in New York. This hybrid position offers a dynamic environment where you will work closely with senior leaders, board members, and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple executive calendars with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, preparing thorough itineraries.
- Oversee expense reporting, budgeting, and financial tracking.
- Handle inquiries proactively and identify process improvements.
- Streamline communications between executives, board members, and clients.
- Prepare executives for board meetings, client presentations, and events.
- Assist with ad‑hoc projects as needed.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience supporting executives or teams.
- Experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Professional, articulate communication skills.
- Creative problem‑solver with a hands‑on, adaptable mindset.
- Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask across multiple projects.
- Team‑player with willingness to step in wherever needed.
- Availability outside regular business hours when required.
