End User Support Analyst – IT Field Services

About the role

The End User Support Analyst provides on‑site technical assistance to executives and staff across AccentCare locations in South Florida. The role involves regular travel to branch offices, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring seamless operation of productivity tools.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 1 & 2 support for executives, handling hardware, software, network, mobile devices, and collaboration tools.
• Maintain and configure laptops, tablets, smartphones, and peripherals with Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, and secure remote access.
• Triage escalated tickets from the Help Desk and coordinate with Tier 3 and field teams.
• Partner with IT teams on infrastructure projects, deployments, and executive office upgrades.
• Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT (preferred) or 2‑4 years of technical support experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel weekly across South Florida and occasionally beyond.
• ITIL v3 accreditation and relevant certifications (MCSA, MCSE, A+, Network+).
