Employment Supervisor – Refugee Economic Empowerment

About the role

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) seeks an Employment Supervisor to lead and enhance employment services for refugees, asylees, and SIV clients in Texas. This role ensures program goals are met, maintains quality standards, and supports the team in delivering timely, effective services that promote self‑sufficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and supervision to direct service staff, including team meetings, individual supervision, and workload management.
• Ensure compliance with IRC policies, procedures, and funder requirements through documentation, case file reviews, and data tracking.
• Monitor program performance, produce high‑quality reports, and support grant writing activities.
• Oversee client case management using the ETO and IRIS systems, ensuring timely service delivery and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate quality assurance efforts and intervene on challenging cases to maintain high standards of care.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience supervising staff in a humanitarian or non‑profit employment program.
• Strong understanding of compliance, reporting, and grant management processes.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commitment to gender equity and inclusive service delivery.

Required skills

• Familiarity with employment service tracking systems (e.g., ETO, IRIS).
• Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet performance targets.
