Division President – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

The company, a mid-sized metal‑fabrication manufacturer near Columbus, Ohio, is looking for a Division President to drive operational performance, strategic growth, and overall business execution. This senior leader will oversee day‑to‑day manufacturing, supply‑chain, and commercial activities while partnering with senior leadership to strengthen culture and support expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and commercial performance across the division.
• Drive operational excellence, financial accountability, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Develop high‑performing leadership teams and foster a safety‑first, quality‑focused culture.
• Support strategic planning, customer relationship management, and long‑term business growth.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

Required profile

• Executive leadership experience within manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Strong operational leadership and P&L management experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a high‑accountability environment.
• Experience in metal fabrication/manufacturing or OEM‑driven industries preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
