District Manager – Multi‑Unit Restaurant Operations

About the role

30hop is seeking a District Manager to oversee the performance of 4‑8 full‑service restaurant locations across the Midwest. You will drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and profitability while developing strong leadership teams at each site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational performance and ensure consistent execution of brand standards, hospitality, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Coach General Managers and their teams through regular visits, one‑on‑ones, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Analyze P&L statements, labor reports, sales trends, and controllable expenses to build action plans and close performance gaps.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top‑performing management talent and build bench strength through succession planning.
• Maintain compliance with ServSafe, health department, labor regulations, and company policies.
• Support new restaurant openings, remodels, and strategic growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multiple restaurant locations or comparable multi‑unit operations.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret financial and operational data.
• Ability to travel frequently across locations, including evenings and weekends.
