About the role
The District Manager will lead multiple MINISO stores in the Bloomington, MN area, driving sales, operational excellence, and brand consistency. This full‑time, on‑site position requires regular travel across the district and close collaboration with store teams and corporate partners.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee performance of multiple store locations, ensuring sales targets, operational standards, and brand guidelines are met.
- Coach and develop store leadership teams through performance management, mentoring, and training.
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement action plans to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit visual merchandising, inventory controls, and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners on staffing, training, promotional activities, and new store openings.
- Support local market initiatives and drive district‑wide operational improvements.
Required profile
- Proven multi‑unit retail management experience, preferably in specialty or lifestyle retail.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑development abilities.
- Solid skills in sales analysis, budgeting, and operational planning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Experience with visual merchandising standards, inventory management, and loss‑prevention best practices.
- Ability to travel regularly within the district, maintain a flexible schedule, and work weekends or holidays as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Adaptability, problem‑solving skills, and a strong customer‑focus aligned with MINISO’s brand values.
