Disclosure Analyst (Remote)

About the role

Knock is seeking a remote Disclosure Analyst to support borrowers from application through funding. You will ensure all required documentation is collected, disclosures are issued on time, and loan closings proceed smoothly while working within Pacific or Mountain time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Gather required loan documentation and obtain Initial Closing Disclosure signatures to meet on‑time closings.
• Manage a pipeline of approximately 30 loan closings per month.
• Complete Patriot Act verification based on customer ID.
• Verify that minimum submission requirements and documents are met before sending loans to processing.
• Assist team members with borrower requests and provide excellent customer service.
• Issue initial disclosures and revised Loan Estimates in compliance with TRID within 24‑48 hours.
• Handle condo approval requirements, including requesting and reviewing necessary documents.
• Respond promptly to internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring no email or voicemail is left unanswered.
