About the role

The Director, Finance Business Partner, Marketing & Strategic Investments for Latin America & Caribbean (LAC) will act as the primary finance advisor to the IMC leadership team. This senior position blends strategic finance, marketing effectiveness, and investment oversight across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with IMC LAC leadership to design, implement, and monitor regional funding and investment strategies.
• Lead end‑to‑end financial management for Marketing & Communications, including budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning.
• Manage complex, multi‑market budgets ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with regional priorities.
• Drive cost optimisation across campaigns, media, and sponsorships while maintaining strong internal controls.
• Provide actionable financial insights to influence marketing investment decisions.
• Oversee negotiations and financial oversight of external agencies and partners.
• Own regional operating processes such as annual planning cycles, quarterly business reviews, and performance tracking.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting and agility.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑country budgets, preferably in Latin America.
• Strong strategic mindset with ability to shape funding strategies and influence senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
