About the role

The University of Arkansas Grantham seeks a remote Director for its College of Science, Engineering & Technology. The Director will lead the development and delivery of academic programs, oversee curriculum design, and ensure the college meets accreditation standards while enhancing the student learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, program development, and curriculum oversight for the College of Science, Engineering & Technology.
• Supervise and mentor administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team.
• Drive accreditation processes and maintain compliance with relevant academic standards.
• Establish metrics and processes to monitor program quality and student outcomes.
• Represent the college in university‑wide initiatives and external partnerships.

Required profile

• Significant experience in higher‑education administration or academic leadership.
• Proven track record of managing curriculum development and accreditation activities.
• Strong strategic planning and organizational management skills.
• Ability to work remotely while residing full‑time in one of the eligible U.S. states.
