Desktop Analyst – Managed Services Support

About the role
Align is looking for a reliable Desktop Analyst to join its Managed Services team. You will provide frontline, chat‑based technical support to end users across multiple client environments, ensuring fast and courteous resolution of everyday IT issues.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver chat‑based support for password resets, connectivity problems, and Microsoft Office/O365 issues.
- Assist executive and VIP users on an as‑needed basis.
- Install, upgrade, and remove desktop applications on workstations.
- Support IP phone and workstation hardware, and track inventory of devices and peripherals.
- Escalate complex tickets to senior team members following documented procedures.
- Participate in a rotational on‑call schedule that includes nights and weekends.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow documented troubleshooting steps.
- Experience in a managed‑services or corporate IT support environment is preferred.
- Willingness to work onsite three days a week in New York or at client sites.
