Designer – Angel Essentials

About the role

As a Designer for the Angel Essentials line, you will create commercially viable product designs for mid to high‑volume collections, primarily focused on our sport business. You will translate brand concepts into style, fit, color and fabric decisions that align with business strategy and delight customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand‑right, commercial designs that reflect the seasonal concept and business strategy.
• Research fashion trends and consumer needs, and incorporate findings into product development.
• Create design sketches, prototypes and detailed tech packs, ensuring accurate construction, drape and finishing specifications.
• Maintain and update BOMs in Centric PLM and linesheets throughout the season.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Product Development and other cross‑functional partners throughout the design process.
• Present designs to internal leaders and key stakeholders.
• Adapt designs based on feedback and resolve potential issues.
• Mentor and inspire junior design talent.

• Leadership capability to develop and guide junior designers.
