Demand & Inventory Planning Manager

About the role

Tula is looking for a Demand & Inventory Planning Manager to lead forecasting, inventory control, and supply‑chain coordination across key retail accounts. You will shape strategies that balance stock availability with cost efficiency while supporting new product launches and account growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end forecasting for major retailers such as Ulta and Target, aligning with financial targets and supply‑chain capacity.
• Build monthly production‑planning files in partnership with the supply‑planning team.
• Lead new‑product innovation forecasting and integrate launches into S&OP/SIOP processes.
• Facilitate cross‑functional planning forums, including kitting and finished‑goods weeks‑of‑coverage meetings.
• Drive bi‑annual SKU rationalisation to optimise assortment and reduce complexity.
• Maintain and enhance planning tools, KPI tracking, production‑planning models, and SIOP decks.
• Review and approve retailer purchase orders, ensuring alignment with forecasts and inventory strategies.
• Develop forecasts for new accounts and support onboarding for scalable growth.
• Coordinate Amazon and Walmart operations, managing inventory wind‑down for exiting accounts.
• Manage multi‑node warehouse transfers and inventory rebalancing across Amazon, Stord, and other nodes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in inventory management, demand planning, or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Solid knowledge of supply‑chain principles and best practices.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel capabilities.
• Proficiency with NetSuite ERP system.
