Data and Quality Assurance Coordinator

About the role

The Data and Quality Assurance Coordinator supports IRC Denver’s program team by ensuring the integrity of data used for monitoring, reporting, and decision‑making. Reporting to the Deputy Director, this role leads the office’s database, data collection processes, and quality‑assurance activities, working closely with program staff and headquarters technical advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with program leads, office leadership, and headquarters advisors to design and implement effective data collection systems.
• Maintain internal data control processes that meet donor, state, and organizational requirements.
• Conduct regular quality‑assurance and compliance reviews to verify data accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and recommend improvements to data collection, reporting workflows, and monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with program managers on internal compliance reviews and data monitoring activities.
• Support staff in developing and using program evaluation tools, including tracking and analysis systems.
• Provide training and ongoing technical assistance on data systems, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in program meetings, cross‑functional collaboration, and staff development initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating data collection, monitoring, and quality‑assurance activities in a programmatic setting.
• Ability to conduct compliance reviews and ensure adherence to donor and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong collaborative skills to work with local staff, program managers, and technical advisors.
• Excellent communication skills for training and technical assistance.
