Data Analyst – Reporting & Visualization

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analyst who enjoys turning complex data into clear, actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders. You will work with a high‑profile analytics provider to create reports, visualisations, and dashboards that support critical business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, document and present ad‑hoc or standard reports with visualisations.
• Create reports and visualisations from multiple data sources using SQL and analytical tools.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Combine in‑house and third‑party data to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other analysts to demonstrate outcomes and recommend strategies.
• Maintain data integrity and optimise reporting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of analytics experience.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare management experience (Workers’ Compensation, Health Plans, or Medical Case Management).
• At least 1 year of experience presenting complex analytics findings to stakeholders.

Required skills

• Power BI for dashboard and report development.
• SQL for querying databases.
• SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) for database interaction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the broader MS Office suite.
