Data Analyst – Remote, US

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join a fast‑scaling global talent organization that is transitioning to an AI‑integrated Talent Cloud model. The role is remote‑first and sits at the core of a data‑driven transformation, enabling self‑service business intelligence across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business units to uncover insights, support experimentation, and guide strategic decisions.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytical models for performance monitoring, forecasting, and planning.
• Lead A/B testing and pilot analyses, define success metrics, and deliver statistically sound recommendations.
• Improve self‑service analytics capabilities, create documentation, and support stakeholders in interpreting metrics.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure data integrity, align definitions, and maintain a unified view of performance.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and ability to build complex queries and scalable analyses.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with data.
• Self‑starter with intellectual curiosity and ability to navigate ambiguity.
