About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a contractor to remotely upgrade the VX Match software used in the HLA laboratory. This upgrade supports virtual cross‑matching for organ transplant assessments.

Key responsibilities

Log into the UAMS VX Match system remotely.
Perform the latest software upgrade as required.
Validate that the upgrade functions correctly within the HLA workflow.
Document upgrade steps and any issues encountered.

Required profile

Demonstrated expertise with Caredx software.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Compliance with UAMS vaccination policy or approved exemption.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
