Customer Service Representative – Flexible Hours

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our Domino’s Pizza team in Palestine, TX. The role offers flexible scheduling that can fit around school, another job or personal commitments, and provides a lively environment where you’ll help customers enjoy great pizza.

Key responsibilities

• Operate all store equipment and prepare pizza products.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk‑in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone and in‑person orders.
• Take inventory, complete related paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Clean equipment and the facility on a daily basis.

Required profile

• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Strong verbal communication with customers and teammates.
• Accurate basic math skills for cash handling and making change.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a computer keyboard or touch‑screen order entry system.
