About the role
We are seeking an entry‑level Customer Service Assistant to join our Customer Success team in Falls Church, VA. In this onsite role you will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering timely solutions and ensuring a high‑quality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the daily point of contact for a portfolio of customers.
- Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues and resolve concerns efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, advocating for customer needs.
- Support Customer Success Managers in maintaining strong, long‑term client relationships.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, reliable, and team‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- CRM systems proficiency (ability to learn and use CRM tools).
