Customer Account Manager – Cruise Line (Remote)

About the role

Nestlé USA is looking for an experienced Customer Account Manager to lead strategic partnerships with major cruise line operators. This remote position focuses on growing and retaining relationships across Nestlé’s Out of Home beverage and solutions portfolio, leveraging deep knowledge of cruise ship operations and guest experience standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own and nurture senior‑level relationships with cruise line stakeholders across procurement, culinary, hotel operations, and brand experience teams.
• Navigate complex shipboard contract structures, deployment timelines, and port‑side logistics.
• Develop and present data‑driven proposals that align with customer needs and consumer insights.
• Create and execute joint business plans, reporting, and long‑term growth strategies.
• Generate, manage, and execute high‑impact partnership contracts, conducting cost‑benefit analyses for new and existing deals.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, category, digital, finance, and field teams to ensure seamless program delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience working directly with or for cruise line operators.
• Strong executive presence and commercial rigor in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment.
• Ability to become a trusted subject‑matter expert on cruise channel dynamics.
