About the role
We are looking for a creative Copywriter to develop impactful brand content that balances creative execution with strategic thinking. You will work closely with designers, project managers and stakeholders to ensure consistent brand voice across our products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret briefs, creative direction and brand guidelines to produce original, customer‑focused copy.
- Develop compelling copy for websites, marketing campaigns, talent attraction, internal communications and employee storytelling.
- Collaborate with other copywriters, designers and team members, providing content input and ensuring quality assurance.
- Use research and data to shape content strategies that meet campaign objectives.
- Act as a brand steward, maintaining consistent voice and tone across all communications.
- Partner with project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Build understanding of employer‑brand methodologies and apply insights to creative decisions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience writing website copy and comprehensive marketing campaigns.
- Strong writing, brainstorming and research abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage project scope, timelines and resources effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
