Contingent Worker – Study Participant Support

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a dedicated Contingent Worker to support ongoing research studies. This volunteer position involves direct interaction with study participants and contributes to the successful execution of clinical research projects.

Key responsibilities

• Accompany study participants during their visits to the campus.
• Administer cognitive assessments and complete related surveys.
• Process and handle tissue samples according to study protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure participant confidentiality.

Required profile

• Fully vaccinated against Covid‑19 or hold an approved medical or religious exemption.
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Ability to follow detailed study procedures and work collaboratively with research staff.
