About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Content & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Boston law firm’s Marketing & Growth team. The role will support firm‑wide branding, communications and business‑development initiatives across digital channels, working in a hybrid environment with two remote days per week.

Key responsibilities

  • Update and optimize the firm’s WordPress site using Gutenberg block editing, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and SEO‑friendly.
  • Maintain the social media content calendar, create graphics and visuals with Canva, and schedule posts that highlight attorney achievements, firm news and client successes.
  • Assist in the creation, editing and proofreading of articles, website copy, email campaigns and marketing collateral.
  • Support SEO, Google Ads and GEO optimization efforts, and analyze performance data with Google Analytics.
  • Coordinate production of brochures, advertisements, event materials and award submissions.
  • Pull and summarize marketing analytics to inform strategy and improve campaign results.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or communications, preferably in a professional‑services environment.
  • Strong proofreading, writing and editing abilities with a keen eye for brand consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and work collaboratively.
