About the role

The Content Creator, Social Media & Community will drive the social‑first content strategy for Express, shaping how the brand engages audiences on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and livestream shopping platforms. Reporting to the Art Director, Brand Creative, you will translate product stories and campaign direction into compelling video and community‑focused content that fuels brand storytelling and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform‑specific content strategies for TikTok, TikTok Shop, Instagram, YouTube and livestream shopping.
• Ideate, capture, edit and curate short‑form video and other social‑first assets for owned and paid channels.
• Partner with Social, Brand Strategy, Creative, Copy and Production teams to align content with campaign objectives and emerging trends.
• Curate community storytelling pieces that highlight customer experiences and brand culture.
• Support in‑app commerce experiences and broader marketing initiatives through tailored content.

Required profile

• Highly creative and culturally aware with a strong instinct for social‑first storytelling.
• Execution‑focused, able to move quickly while maintaining strong creative judgment and attention to detail.
• Deep fluency in social media trends and platforms, with a passion for fashion and culture.
• Collaborative mindset, working closely with cross‑functional teams to bring ideas to life.

Required skills

• Video editing and video content creation for fast‑moving digital platforms.
• Proficiency with TikTok, TikTok Shop, Instagram, YouTube and livestream shopping tools.
