Construction Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead Levco’s crews and subcontractors on various construction and renovation projects. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, ensuring safety and quality standards, and coordinating material deliveries and subcontractor work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and train crew members across multiple job sites.
• Oversee construction/renovation projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain compliance with company safety and quality standards.
• Verify material orders, manage deliveries, and communicate with vendors and project managers.
• Track inventory of tools and oversee maintenance of company vehicles.
• Coordinate scheduling and progress updates with project managers.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure timely and quality work.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Advanced understanding of finish carpentry, framing, plumbing, electrical, and related trades.
• Ability to lead, train, and communicate effectively with crew members and subcontractors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including potential overnight trips.
