Concierge – THEA at Metropolis

About the role

The Concierge – THEA at Metropolis provides front‑line resident services and acts as the primary information source for community members. You will ensure a welcoming environment, coordinate daily operations, and support residents with local resources.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, manage the office/leasing area waiting experience.
• Answer and route phone calls, follow up on service request callbacks.
• Maintain guest suite schedule, ensure payment and cleanliness, and coordinate loading dock/elevator usage for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning before office opening.
• Document package deliveries, notify residents within 24 hours, and keep tracking logs for equipment rentals and other services.
• Assist the community team in planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, delivery services, and manage relationships with concierge vendors.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of concierge, customer‑service, high‑end retail, hotel, or residential experience (preferred).
• Weekend availability, typically 9 am‑6 pm, with flexibility based on business needs.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in all weather conditions.
