About the role
The June community manager will oversee the daily operations of an assigned multifamily property in Albuquerque. Reporting to senior management, the role combines team leadership, financial oversight and compliance to ensure a high‑quality living experience for residents.
Key responsibilities
- Direct day‑to‑day property operations, supervising staff and coordinating activities.
- Develop and monitor the property budget, analysing financial statements and market data.
- Set rent rates, ensure timely rent collection, post payments and perform bank deposits.
- Maintain compliance with Greystar policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other relevant regulations.
- Prepare operational reports, identify performance trends and recommend improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or a related field.
- 4‑6 years of experience in property or community management.
- Strong knowledge of multifamily housing regulations and budgeting processes.
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve financial targets.
