About the role
The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of The Churchill, a 204‑unit garden‑style apartment community in Durham, NC. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the on‑site team, ensure financial targets are met, and maintain compliance with all housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including leasing, resident services, and maintenance coordination.
- Supervise and develop on‑site staff, scheduling work and monitoring performance.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and drive revenue‑generating initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Greystar policies.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote occupancy and resident retention.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
- Strong knowledge of multi‑family housing operations and regulatory requirements.
