About the role
The Community Manager for One Burton will oversee daily operations of the property, leading the on‑site team to achieve financial and operational goals while ensuring compliance with all relevant housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including staff supervision and resource allocation.
- Develop and monitor budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
- Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, and ensure timely posting and bank deposits.
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other multi‑family housing regulations.
- Prepare operational reports and track performance against historic trends.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in property or community management.
