Community Manager – Kinley West, Los Angeles

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for its Kinley West property in Los Angeles. The role oversees daily operations of a stabilized 180‑unit community, ensuring financial performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the property budget, analyze financial statements and market data to meet revenue targets.
• Collect rent, process deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease administration, including application approvals, renewals, rent adjustments, inspections, and enforcement actions.
• Coordinate with the on‑site team to maintain property standards and address resident concerns.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of Community Manager experience in multifamily housing.
• Strong financial acumen and budget‑writing ability.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and other multifamily regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Experience using Foresight budgeting tools.
