About the role
The Chief of Staff sits at the center of Interra Health’s rapid growth, reporting directly to the COO and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team. This position acts as a force multiplier, driving strategic initiatives, improving enterprise execution, and accelerating value creation across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Accelerate value‑creation initiatives and support margin expansion.
- Improve cross‑functional execution, accountability, and decision‑support for senior leadership.
- Embed AI and automation across internal workflows to boost productivity.
- Lead pricing and packaging refinement efforts to enhance revenue quality.
- Identify operational efficiencies and technology consolidation opportunities.
- Support post‑acquisition integration, synergy realization, and overall M&A integration.
- Mobilize cross‑functional teams, drive disciplined execution, and deliver measurable results.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a strategic partner to senior executives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
- Experience driving AI/automation projects and technology‑focused improvements.
- Background in pricing, packaging optimization, and M&A integration.
- Strong analytical and executive‑level decision‑support capabilities.
