Celebrity Relations Manager

About the role

POP MART is seeking a seasoned Celebrity Relations Manager to lead the development of high‑impact partnerships with top entertainers, athletes and influencers. Based in Culver City, you will work onsite five days a week, shaping the brand’s presence across award shows, fashion weeks and major red‑carpet events.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage existing relationships with agencies such as CAA, UTA and WME to position POP MART as a first‑to‑market brand in the U.S. entertainment space.
• Maintain and deepen connections with 10–20 core celebrity collectors, turning them into loyal advocates of POP MART IPs.
• Design and execute organic celebrity unboxings, vlog integrations and lifestyle posts that support new product launches.
• Secure gift‑bag and VIP lounge placements at events like the Grammys, Oscars, Met Gala and fashion weeks.
• Collaborate with PR and Marketing teams to drive VIP attendance at IP exhibitions, flagship store openings and special tours.
• Monitor celebrity social‑media mentions and convert them into press releases or secondary content with the internal PR team.
• Work with e‑commerce and retail teams to ensure a seamless search‑to‑conversion funnel for celebrity‑endorsed products.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years of experience in artist relations, celebrity PR or entertainment marketing.
• At least 5 years focused on fashion or beauty sectors.
• Proven ability to build and sustain high‑level relationships with talent agencies, publicists and stylists.
• Strong understanding of award‑season timing, fashion‑week cycles and red‑carpet dynamics.
