About the role

Join Sedano’s Supermarkets as a part‑time cashier in Homestead, FL. You will be the front‑line face of the store, providing friendly, efficient service to customers during the afternoon shift.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and address their needs promptly.
• Accurately scan items, weigh produce, and operate the cash register.
• Accept all forms of payment, issue correct change, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Perform cash counts at the start and end of each shift.
• Bag purchases, assist with cart loading, and return discarded items to shelves.
• Conduct price checks and keep checkout equipment clean and functional.
• Report any safety hazards immediately and help maintain a safe store environment.
