CAPEX Finance Analyst

About the role

Aggreko is looking for a CAPEX Finance Analyst to manage and control the North America capital budget. You will be responsible for forecasting, tracking spend, and ensuring compliance with global capital processes while supporting the company’s energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the NAM annual capital budget and allocate monthly spending requests.
• Track actual spend versus budget and produce monthly/quarterly reports for leadership.
• Ensure capital expenditures follow the global approval process and monitor workflow delays.
• Host monthly checkpoint calls and weekly meetings with the Procurement team.
• Collaborate with Finance, Wipro, technical teams, and asset management to support fixed‑asset capitalization and audits.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in fleet, asset, operations or supply‑chain finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in capital planning, budgeting, forecasting and data analytics.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting and ability to maintain high visibility of fleet status.
• Excellent communication skills.
