About the role
The Early Careers Campus Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of campus recruiting and early‑career talent initiatives. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, universities and internal stakeholders, you will help attract and engage top emerging talent for internship, analyst and entry‑level programs.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for career fairs, information sessions, interview days, networking events and virtual engagements.
- Manage recruiting calendars, event schedules, candidate communications and travel arrangements.
- Support the execution of internship, rotational and entry‑level hiring programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data in ATS, track metrics, and assist with offer and onboarding processes.
- Help prepare recruiting materials, presentations and employer branding initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, campus recruiting, HR, talent acquisition or event coordination.
- Strong organizational and project‑management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
