About the role
Greystar is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to lead the gathering of business and functional requirements and drive the development of programs, projects, and initiatives that improve operational efficiency across its property management platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for new product integrations and enhancements.
- Test, pilot, and manage the integration of preferred, approved, and non‑preferred products with Greystar’s Property Management Software.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Enterprise Customer Experience teams to track technology trends and customer requests.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments and present goals, roadmaps, and metrics to senior leaders.
- Maintain project documentation, communicate status to stakeholders, and own tasks related to software implementation and enhancement.
- Develop communication templates, presentations, and prioritize integration projects to meet evolving business needs.
Required profile
- Proven ability to lead requirement‑gathering efforts and work with senior business leaders.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in assessing technology solutions.
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Yardi property management software.
- Integration testing and project management.
- Ability to design, develop, test, and transition software solutions.
