About the role
Our client, a leading global consumer packaged goods (CPG) organization, is looking for a Brand Social & Community Manager to shape how its food and beverage brands engage with audiences in real time. You will own the day‑to‑day community strategy, ensuring the brand’s voice is human, responsive, and culturally relevant across all social platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute cross‑platform community engagement strategies aligned with audience behavior and brand objectives.
- Lead proactive and reactive engagement across comments, direct messages, mentions, and cultural conversations.
- Identify real‑time and cultural moments for brand participation beyond owned content.
- Build scalable frameworks that drive user‑generated content, participation, and advocacy.
- Partner with Strategy, Creative, Brand, Influencer, PR, Legal, and Customer Care teams.
- Design and run fan‑engagement initiatives such as surprise‑and‑delight, gifting, sampling, and product seeding.
- Create repeatable workflows, outreach playbooks, and activation guardrails.
- Serve as editorial lead for community interactions, defining tone of voice and moderation standards.
- Monitor sentiment, trends, and behavioral signals; translate insights into rapid‑response opportunities.
- Manage risk by triaging sensitive interactions and executing escalation protocols with PR, Legal, and Customer Care.
- Track and analyze KPIs (engagement quality, sentiment, participation, response time) and contribute to performance reporting.
Required profile
- 4‑6 years of experience in community management, social engagement, or audience strategy.
- Proven success managing high‑volume brand social presence and moderation.
- Experience executing gifting, seeding, and advocacy programs.
- Strong fluency across major and emerging social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.).
