About the role
As a Brand Marketing Manager on Tinder’s Global Brand team, you will drive the brand’s presence in the United States, identifying cultural moments and shaping campaigns that resonate with Gen‑Z audiences. Based in Los Angeles, you will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with insights, analytics and creative partners to bring the brand to life.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the US brand marketing strategy to strengthen Tinder’s position in the market.
- Identify and capitalize on cultural trends and moments that align with Tinder’s brand voice.
- Partner with Consumer Insights and Analytics to set goals, track KPIs and measure business impact before, during and after campaigns.
- Manage budget allocation and optimize channel mix to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, product, and partnership teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Required profile
- Deep understanding of US Gen‑Z culture and current trends.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, hybrid work environment.
