About the role

Join Mangove Law Firm’s sales team as a remote Bilingual Call Center Salesperson. You will help prospective clients understand immigration services while driving revenue for a fast‑growing law firm.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team by capturing, qualifying, and following up on inbound leads.
• Provide accurate information about immigration services and answer client questions.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Learn the firm’s immigration processes to convey value‑based solutions.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 6 months of proven sales experience, preferably with intangible products (consulting, insurance, telecom).
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a focus on trust‑building.
• Results‑driven mindset, meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts as needed.
