Associate Consultant – Health

About the role

C Space is seeking an Associate Consultant for its Health Community Team. You will work directly with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to gather insights that inform our clients’ strategies and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with patient and HCP community members, responding to inquiries and advocating for their needs.
• Represent the voice of patients and HCPs internally and with client teams, including global pharmaceutical companies and hospital systems.
• Identify and communicate trends, opinions, and feedback from community members to enrich client learning.
• Author and deliver member communications for acquisition, retention, and ongoing engagement.
• Track, analyze, and optimize community participation and vibrancy.
• Reward and recognize members, encouraging peer interaction and user‑generated content.
