Assistant Store Leader (People) – South Park

About the role

SKIMS is looking for an Assistant Store Leader focused on People & Culture to partner with the Store Leader in South Park. You will help create an inclusive, high‑performing team while ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a customer‑obsessed team, coaching members to deliver warm, purposeful service.
• Own full-cycle talent acquisition: outreach, recruitment, interviews, hiring, and building a diverse candidate pipeline.
• Anticipate staffing needs, maintain a bench of potential hires, and leverage community networks.
• Connect hiring strategies and staffing levels to store KPIs and customer experience.
• Design and execute onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success.
• Manage scheduling and labor planning to meet business demand while upholding the SKIMS service promise.
• Identify training needs, provide in‑the‑moment coaching, and develop learning plans for career growth.
• Run performance‑management routines, set clear expectations, give feedback, and coach consistently.
• Handle employee relations with confidentiality, strong communication, and consistent follow‑through.
• Identify future leaders, support succession planning, and create engagement strategies that celebrate individuality.
