Assistant General Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Assistant General Manager supports the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience for the Miu Miu brand. This role ensures brand loyalty, drives sales performance, and upholds the corporate image across all customer touch‑points.

Key responsibilities

• Stay current on fashion trends, monitor competitors and share insights with the sales team.
• Represent the corporate image and ensure staff alignment with brand standards.
• Assist the Store Manager in delivering a welcoming, high‑quality customer service experience.
• Promote customer loyalty and develop strong client relationships.
• Foster an entrepreneurial team spirit through effective communication and organization.
• Support staff professional growth by coordinating training and development plans.
• Collaborate with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Operations to create and execute sales strategies.
• Maintain store image, product care and compliance with corporate standards.

• Confident, enthusiastic, positive, mature and assertive.
• Organized, detail‑oriented with solid market and product knowledge.
• Degree in Business or Retail Management (or equivalent) is a plus.
• Interest in luxury fashion, art and design.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
