About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking an Assistant Director for Access Services. This position supports the management and operation of access services within the ICE | CORE PA Clinic Access B department, contributing to the institution’s mission of delivering high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily operations of Access Services.
• Support staff supervision and workflow coordination.
• Help ensure compliance with university policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Experience in management or operations within a healthcare or academic setting.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
