Appointment Setter – Call Center

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our Hamilton, NJ call center. You will engage potential homeowners, educate them about our luxury bathroom remodeling services, and schedule free in‑home consultations for our sales team. No cold‑calling or direct selling is required.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective homeowners, providing helpful information about Luxury Bath’s products and services.
• Qualify prospects and schedule high‑quality, free in‑home bathroom remodeling consultations for the sales team.
• Answer basic questions confidently, educating homeowners on the benefits of our offerings.
• Achieve daily and weekly appointment‑setting targets while maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth hand‑offs and high closing rates.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and self‑motivation to meet and exceed targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse homeowners.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections professionally.
• Ability to work independently in a performance‑based environment.

Required skills
