About the role

The Accounting Analyst will ensure the accuracy of financial and tax information for clients, working with strong attention to detail, logical reasoning, and objectivity. The role involves executing accounting routines in compliance with legal requirements and internal standards to produce trial balances and balance sheets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly closing reports with analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Perform bank and asset account reconciliations using the Questor system.
• Prepare and transmit mandatory tax filings such as SPED Fiscal, DCTF and EFD‑Reinf.
• Draft financial statements, explanatory notes and management reports.
• Respond to inquiries from tax authorities and support audit processes.
• Manage fixed assets and control operational costs across companies.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Accounting or final semesters of an Accounting program.
• Proven experience in accounting firms, handling month‑end closings for various tax regimes (Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, Lucro Real).
• Strong analytical ability to interpret financial data, detect inconsistencies and propose strategic solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Questor accounting and fiscal modules.
• Experience preparing SPED Fiscal, DCTF and EFD‑Reinf filings.
