AI Consultant Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant and Trainer to guide our Government business teams in adopting practical AI solutions. You will deliver hands‑on training, evaluate AI outputs, and help embed responsible AI practices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the organization’s AI consultant and trainer, supporting teams with innovative AI use cases.
• Deliver training using real‑world business examples to improve efficiency and performance.
• Provide guidance on prompt engineering and evaluate AI‑generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, hallucinations, and quality.
• Recommend prompt refinements and AI best practices to enhance output usability.
• Reinforce AI usage standards, governance, guardrails, and playbooks for responsible adoption.
• Stay current on emerging AI trends, tools, and techniques, assessing their practical applicability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify AI use cases and process‑improvement opportunities.
• Support development and implementation of AI agents and AI‑enabled business processes.
• Help drive organizational confidence and adoption of AI tools and strategies.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in AI enablement, consulting, training, business analysis, or project management.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and hands‑on experience with generative AI tools and large language models.
• Proven ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear, practical business guidance.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and training skills.
• Self‑motivated with a strong interest in staying current on evolving AI technologies.
