Adult Education Site Coordinator / Teacher

About the role

The Adult Education Site Coordinator/Teacher supports the UACCM Adult Education program by supervising the facility and delivering classroom instruction. Reporting to the Director of Adult Education, this full‑time position is based at the downtown Conway site and may require occasional evening or weekend hours.

Key responsibilities

• Assist students in completing the Arkansas Adult Education Intake Form.
• Coordinate enrollment and education processes for under‑age students.
• Serve as the ADA Coordinator, submitting accommodation requests as needed.
• Supervise the adult education building and ensure a safe learning environment.
• Lead classroom instruction as the primary teacher for adult education courses.
• Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet program needs.

Required profile

• Ability to work under the supervision of the Director of Adult Education.
• Capacity to supervise a facility and manage day‑to‑day operations.
• Experience or willingness to coordinate student enrollment and provide instructional support.
• Commitment to comply with ADA requirements and submit accommodation requests.
• Flexibility to work occasional evening or weekend hours.
