Adjunct Instructor – Political Science (Pool)

About the role

The University of Arkansas Pulaski Technical College is seeking qualified adjunct instructors to teach Political Science courses on a pool basis. This part‑time position offers flexibility to deliver classes online, virtually, or in evening sessions as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Teach one or more Political Science courses, such as Introduction to Political Science.
• Prepare and deliver course materials, lectures, and assignments.
• Assess student performance through exams, papers, and projects.
• Maintain office hours and provide academic support to students.
• Adapt teaching methods for online, virtual, or evening formats.

Required profile

• At least 18 graduate credit hours in Political Science or Law.
• Preferred: PhD in Political Science.
• Demonstrated ability to teach at the college level.
