About the role

Snappt is looking for a driven Account Manager to join its Customer Success team covering the Northeast and Southeast United States. In this role you will guide new clients through onboarding, promote product adoption, and ensure ongoing satisfaction to support long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate a seamless handoff from Sales to Customer Success during the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with the Sales organization to design impact plans that drive adoption, uncover expansion opportunities, and improve client retention.
  • Deliver a mix of high‑touch support and automated campaigns to help customers meet their business objectives.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the multifamily property‑tech market and the challenges faced by renters and operators.
  • Monitor usage metrics and act proactively to address issues and promote continued product usage.
