Account Executive – French Speaking (Hybrid, Brisbane, CA)

About the role

Odoo is seeking a French‑speaking Account Executive to join its Direct Sales team. Based in Brisbane, CA, you will work in a hybrid model (four days onsite, one day remote) to help businesses adopt Odoo’s open‑source ERP SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle from inbound lead conversion to closing and post‑sale account management.
• Act as a solution engineer, analysing prospects’ operations and crafting tailored Odoo implementation demos.
• Sell a broad SaaS portfolio across diverse industries, primarily in the Latin American market.
• Collaborate with fellow Account Executives to expand Odoo SaaS adoption.
• Identify and implement improvements to the sales process.
• Participate in regular team reviews and share best practices.
• Achieve assigned revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a SaaS sales role.
• Professional fluency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong understanding of business operations and software landscape across verticals.
• Results‑oriented, analytical, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.
