Account Executive – Commercial Construction Sales

About the role

Precision Walls is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and nurture existing relationships within the commercial construction market. You will act as the primary liaison between our company and clients, helping them achieve project success while expanding our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with developers, property owners, general contractors, and architects.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking, industry events, cold calling, and market research.
• Deliver sales presentations, proposal meetings, and product demonstrations showcasing Precision Walls’ capabilities.
• Prepare customized proposals, bids, and pricing structures aligned with client requirements and project specifications.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, providing regular updates and support.
• Travel locally and regionally to meet clients, attend events, and visit project sites.

Required profile

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in the construction trade.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to multitask and stay detail‑oriented.
• Excellent organizational skills and a cost‑focused, accounting mindset.
• Comfortable using computers and modern technology.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of commercial construction processes, products, and services.
• Familiarity with building materials, construction methods, and relevant codes.
